Appeal

As we prefer to perform permanent bans over temporary bans, there is an appeals system in place. If you are banned, you can:

• Private message the CrypticMail bot on our Discord server, explaining the circumstances, why you believe you should be unbanned, and your Minecraft username. Make sure the message is being sent to the CrypticCraft server.
• If you are unable to or prefer not to use Discord, you can send an email to staff@crypticcraft.eu with the same information as mentioned above.
